What Kristen Loves Most
about Being a Therapist…

The progress I see when one of my clients begins reasoning through their own distress without any assistance because of all the work they have put into understanding themselves more and their willingness to make change.

A Bit of the Personal

In my free time I enjoy gaming with my husband, spending time with my four cats, listening to audio books, and of course finding some good food to eat!
